ADMISSION ROUNDS FOR THE 2024/25 ACADEMIC YEAR

If you were planning to apply for admission to a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the 2024/25 academic year and are residing outside Italy, the deadline to apply was March 29.

In order to be sure that you are seeing the information relevant for your citizenship, PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE ACCURATELY INDICATED YOUR NATIONALITY ON THE HOMEPAGE OF THIS PLATFORM IN THE UPPER RIGHT-HAND CORNER. The relevant admission rounds article is made visible based on this factor.

If you are a non-EU citizen already residing in Italy and in possession of a residence permit that is valid for university enrolment, then you need to consult the admission rounds for EU applicants.

If you did not apply by the March 29 deadline, then keep in mind that this platform will re-open for applications for admission in the 2025/2026 academic year in December 2024.


HOW YOUR APPLICATION IS EVALUATED

  • At the very least, the processing of your application will require a pre-evaluation of your documents in order to confirm your eligibility to apply for your chosen programme(s) of study, which is carried out by our International Office’s Welcome Unit.   • For master’s degrees, a second phase involves the evaluation of your academic background and CV, which is carried out by a Teaching Committee composed of one or more professors.
  • Limited-access bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes also involve taking an entry test.


APPLYING FOR MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS
If you have a CGPA of 85% or higher, you are eligible to apply for Ca’ Foscari’s targeted financial aid for high-achieving students in any of the three admission rounds available, but we highly recommend that you apply in one of the first two rounds in order to receive the results of the selection as early as possible.


FINDING OUT WHEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY
Be sure to read carefully in order to understand in which rounds you are eligible to apply and when you could expect to receive the results. The first list is for applicants interested in bachelor’s degrees while the second is for master’s degrees.

BACHELOR’S DEGREE ROUNDS
Please note: the dates and deadlines regarding the evaluation of applications for admission to our bachelor’s degrees in the fields of economics and management that require you to take an entry test (including our English-taught programmes in Business Administration, Economics and Business, Digital Management and Hospitality Innovation and e-Tourism) are still being finalized. This article will be updated if they end up differing from those indicated below.

First admission round
Applications can be submitted from 18/12/2023 until 1PM (CET) on 05/01/2024.
Accepted applicants are expected to receive confirmation no later than:

  • 26/01/2024 for BA programmes WITHOUT an entry test
  • 01/03/2024 for BA programmes WITH an entry test

Second admission round
Applications can be submitted from 22/01/2024 until 1PM (CET) on 16/02/2024.
Accepted applicants are expected to receive confirmation no later than:

  • 08/03/2024 for BA programmes WITHOUT an entry test
  • 12/04/2024 for BA programmes WITH an entry test

Third admission round
Applications can be submitted from 04/03/2024 until 1PM (CET) on 29/03/2024.
Accepted applicants are expected to receive confirmation no later than:

  • 19/04/2024 for BA programmes WITHOUT an entry test
  • 24/05/2024 for BA programmes WITH an entry test

MASTER’S DEGREE ROUNDS

First admission round
Applications can be submitted from 18/12/2023 until 1PM (CET) on 05/01/2024.
Accepted applicants are expected to receive confirmation no later than:

  • 23/02/2024 for MA programmes WITHOUT an entry test
  • 15/03/2024 for MA programmes WITH an entry test

Second admission round
Applications can be submitted from 22/01/2024 until 1PM (CET) on 16/02/2024.
Accepted applicants are expected to receive confirmation no later than:

  • 05/04/2024 for MA programmes WITHOUT an entry test
  • 26/04/2024 for MA programmes WITH an entry test

Third admission round
Applications can be submitted from 04/03/2024 until 1PM (CET) on 29/03/2024.
Accepted applicants are expected to receive confirmation no later than:

  • 17/05/2024 for MA programmes WITHOUT an entry test
  • 07/06/2024 for MA programmes WITH an entry test
