PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Are you looking for an education that empowers you to understand, analyse and interpret social, political and economic issues as interconnected phenomena?
If so, then you’re a good fit for this Philosophy, International and Economic Studies program, which provides a solid logical-philosophical grounding, a familiarity with international cultures and realities, and a basic knowledge of the tools used to analyse the macroeconomic context, market behaviour and economic factors.

By developing your critical understanding of philosophical, political and economic texts and helping you acquire the skills you need to be able to gather and communicate information about the globalisation, the program prepares you to identify and shape solutions to some of the complex challenges we are facing today. You will also be pleased to know that the QS World University Rankings by Subject ranks Ca’ Foscari in the top 150 universities in the world for History and the top 250 for Economics & Econometrics.

Double Degree available
You can apply to carry out a double degree with the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) during your undergraduate studies.

Your curricular internship can be carried out either in Italy or abroad.

Career opportunities

As a graduate, you’ll be ready for employment as a consultant in the international economics field or to practice a profession in international relations thanks to your specialized knowledge of economic-political phenomena and national institutions.

You could work at either national or regional governmental agencies, at chambers of commerce, at international institutions (OECD, World Bank, UN, etc.) or at private companies (for example, as an export manager or manager of international relations).
