ADMISSION ROUNDS FOR 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

There are seven admission rounds during which to apply for admission to our degree programmes for the 2021/2022 academic year:

FIRST ADMISSION ROUND
(PLEASE NOTE: the International Office will be closed from December 24 through January 6)

  • prospective students can apply from 07/12/2020 until 10/01/2021
  • pre-evaluation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 11/01/2021 until 29/01/2021
  • evaluation of the Teaching Committee takes place from 11/01/2021 until 12/02/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 26/02/2021

SECOND ADMISSION ROUND

  • prospective students can apply from 18/01/2021 until 21/02/2021
  • pre-evaluation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 22/02/2021 until 05/03/2021
  • evaluation of the Teaching Committee takes place from 22/02/2021 until 19/03/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 02/04/2021

THIRD ADMISSION ROUND

  • prospective students can apply from 01/03/2021 until 04/04/2021
  • pre-evaluation from the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 06/04/2021 until 23/04/2021
  • evaluation of the Teaching Committee takes place from 06/04/2021 until 07/05/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 21/05/2021

FOURTH ADMISSION ROUND

  • prospective students can apply from 12/04/2021 until 09/05/2021
  • pre-evaluation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 10/05/2021 until 28/05/2021
  • evaluation of the Teaching Committee takes place from 10/05/2021 until 18/06/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 07/07/2021

FIFTH ADMISSION ROUND (only for EU citizens or applicants holding a permit of stay valid for enrolment)

  • prospective students can apply from 17/05/2021 until 27/06/2021
  • pre-evaluation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 28/06/2021 until 09/07/2021
  • evaluation of the Teaching Committee takes place from 28/06/2021 until 23/07/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 30/07/2021

SIXTH ADMISSION ROUND (only for EU citizens or applicants holding a permit of stay valid for enrolment who are applying for an open-access bachelor’s degree)

  • prospective students can apply from 28/06/2021 until 12/09/2021
  • pre-evaluation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 13/09/2021 until 24/09/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 24/09/2021

SEVENTH ADMISSION ROUND (only for EU citizens or applicants holding a permit of stay valid for enrolment who are applying for an open-access bachelor’s degree)

  • prospective students can apply from 13/09/2021 until 17/10/2021
  • pre-evaluation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit takes place from 18/10/2021 until 22/10/2021
  • accepted applicants receive their letter of enrolment eligibility by 22/10/2021
