Overview

This programme is offered jointly with the University of Padua and explores the new challenges linked to the phenomena of migration, delocalisation, postcolonial and neocolonial contexts, and the cultural impact of diversity.

The programme provides you with skills that are becoming increasingly relevant in our multi-ethnic society, which is undergoing urbanisation and facing increasing migration, impoverishment and the resulting defence and land claims movements. Thanks to the skills and experience you gain, you will be able to assume a position of responsibility in public institutions or international organisations, NGOs, museums, libraries or archives.

You will also have the potential to collaborate with institutions offering social, educational and health services in planning and analysing strategies, and international cooperation and development, particularly with regard to migration and intercultural communication.

This programme offers 3 curricula, or study paths, from which to choose. Explore this programme’s study plans (Study > Study plan > Enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year)
